Following on from the success of the first Clerks Forum held last month, DAG is pleased to announce that the next Clerks Forum will take place on Monday 26th April at 5pm.
Last month over 20 clerks from across the Devon local authority joined the interactive session to share their experience and discuss the latest issues affecting clerking. Those who attended were clerks of governing boards, clerks and company secretaries of academy trusts and clerks of local academy governing bodies.
The DAG Community Network for Clerks Forum on 26th April will have a theme and will be facilitated by DAG board members and DAG associates with considerable clerking experience. Members are asked to register in advance via [email protected]
The Devon Association of Governance (DAG) provides a range of information and resources to support clerks in their complex and challenging role.
All clerks in Devon schools are automatically members of DAG and have free access to DAG website resources specifically created for all those involved in governance in addition to regular DAG e-newsletters. DAG also provides opportunities to learn and network for free at DAG events such as conferences, seminars and community network events.
