Devon Association of Governance Conference 4th November 2023

We are delighted to confirm that the DAG Conference will be back this autumn. This year we will be highlighting our commitment to members over the thirty years the organisation has been supporting good governance in Devon.

The conference theme will be ‘Making an impact through good governance’’ and will include speakers from Devon County Council our local authority and from the Regional Director’s office in Bristol informing members about the direction of travel within education locally and nationally.

We will be providing a session from the NGA on how to ensure governance has an impact and a special session from an inspirational keynote speaker to remind us all about the effect good governance has on the pupils in our schools. Plenty of refreshments, stands and perhaps even a thirtieth birthday cake all neatly packed into one Saturday morning!

The conference is free and open to all those involved in governance within the Devon Local Authority. Book early for the DAG Conference on the morning of Saturday 4^th November at Exeter Racecourse via [email protected]
