Devon Children and Families’ Partnership renamed as the Devon Safeguarding Children Partnership

The Devon Children and Families Partnership was established on 1 July 2017.  It merged the functions of the Devon Safeguarding Children Board (DSCB) and the Children, Young People and Families Alliance (Alliance).

The Devon Safeguarding Children Partnership is designed to help ensure that key agencies work together effectively to ensure children in Devon are safeguarded. They aim to make sure that children and families can get the right support, in the right place at the right time. The partnership is supported by schools, Devon County Council, NHS and Devon and Cornwall Police.
