Successful DAG Conference

DAG was delighted to welcome over 60 people to the DAG Conference at Exeter Racecourse on Saturday 4^th November.

The morning was spent listening to presentations from inspiring speakers supporting the theme of ‘Making an Impact through effective governance’. In addition to the presentations time was available for networking and cake to celebrate DAG’s thirtieth birthday!

The presentations from Michael Barton, NGA Regional Governance Development Lead on ‘How governance can make a real impact’ and Samira Sadeghi, Director of Governance  from The Confederation of School Trusts (CST) on ‘The Power of Localism in a School Trust’ are now available on the DAG website www.dagdevon.uk in the Events section.
