NGA governance workload diary

In a bid to quantify the time spent on governance duties the National Governance Association (NGA) are asking for volunteers to complete diaries explaining the tasks they conduct and the amount of time they take. This acts as a continuation of their workload project, aiming to better represent the temporal reality for governors and trustees in 2023.

They want to hear from those in all walks of governance life, including those with varying governance experience, leadership level, school phase and board type.
