Can you help? Governors and Trustees needed for the Devon Education Forum

Schools forums are an important contact point between the local authority and schools and through debate, discussion and challenge, secure financial strategic planning and an equitable distribution of finance for all pupils within the local authority.

The Devon Association of Governance (DAG) has nine members sitting on the Devon forum and holds the position of chair and vice chair. We are looking for new members to join us in September 2024 and would be delighted to hear from governors and trustees who would consider taking on this additional voluntary role. Meetings are held four times a year on a Wednesday morning and have been held remotely and in person at County Hall in Exeter.
