What’s your experience of parental complaints?

The National Governance Association (NGA) is conducting research on parental complaints in schools and trusts.

The hope to understand more about the nature and topics of complaints you are receiving to inform NGA’s policy work in this area.

If you would like the chance to say more about complaints consider joining a debate with the Policy Lab for the Department for Education that will take place over the course of a week between 30th June 2025 and 7th July 2025, during which time you can participate as much or as little as you’d like, at times that suit you. They anticipate a total commitment of about an hour across the debate, perhaps joining for five to six times during the week for 10 minutes each time.
