NGA’s Outstanding Governance Awards are the only national education awards to recognise the contributions of governing boards, clerks and lead governance professionals.
Theses awards provide an opportunity to share the best practice in school and trust governance and demonstrate the positive contribution good governance makes to the school system and the education of children and young people. The awards are an opportunity to inspire those who govern and to showcase exemplars of good governance.
The awards will recognise those with outstanding commitment, vison and strategy, and consistent good practice and those who have dedicated their time to the improvement of their board.
