This week, NGA’s Chief Executive Emma Balchin and Deputy Chief Executive Sam Henson met with Stephen Morgan MP, Minister for Early Education and former school governor. It is reported that he extended his personal thanks to governors and trustees for their dedication and the profound impact they have on the school system.
The NGA states that they will be having ongoing meetings with ministers to ensure the voice of governance continues to be heard and they ask for members to continue to share their insights, so they can advocate on the behalf of governance.
