Updates to DfE guidance for governance

The Department for Education has just updated their guidance for local authority maintained schools and academies.

Both sets of guidance now includes ‘SEN and disability duties: guidance for school governing boards’ within the ‘Safeguarding, SEND and pupil wellbeing’ section. The guidance provides a list of links and documents to explain the policies that all schools must follow by law. See the following for further information:
