DAG is looking for governors and trustees to join its existing members of the Devon Education Forum (DEF).
Schools forums are an important contact point between the local authority and schools. Through debate, discussion and challenge, they consider financial strategic planning that has an impact on all Devon schools.
The Devon Association of Governance (DAG) is looking for new members to join DEF and would love to hear from governors and trustees who might consider taking on this additional voluntary role. Meetings are held four times a year on a Wednesday morning and can be attended remotely or in person at County Hall in Exeter.
Full details of the Devon Education Forum election process that is currently running can be found here. If you are interested please contact DAG on [email protected] for more information.
Names of governors or trustees wishing to stand for election to the Devon Education Forum will need to be forwarded on [email protected] by 27 January 2025.
