Chairs Forum: Tuesday 6th February at 6pm. The theme for this Forum will be ‘Staff well-being’. This forum is open to vice-chairs if the chair is unable to attend.

Governors Forum:  Wednesday 21^st February 2024. The theme will be ‘What does challenge look like?’ This forum is open to any governor or trustee and there is no restriction on the number of governors from your board that can attend. Any interested Governance Professionals/Clerks are also welcome. This forum will look at what challenge should look like during a meeting. Do you feel confident about asking a challenging question?  Do you just accept the answer or are you confident to take the discussion further?
